Having to lose a fat belly can really be a hard thing to do. I know from experience.
I used to weigh over 300 pounds with a beer belly so large that I couldn't even see my own feet. It was hard just to roll out of bed in the mornings sometimes
All that changed when I finally decided to lose weight and came up with a plan to do it. I lost over 100 pounds in less than a year by doing just a few simple things
In order to lose my fat belly I basically just did this:
- Ate the right amount of calories
- Drank plenty of water
- Did full body weight lifting routines
- Got some form of cardio a couple times a week
More important that what I did do is that you notice what I did not do. I did not:

- Starve myself
